Not necessarily! If we have clear access to your items (for example, curbside, driveway, or garage pickup), you don’t need to be home for us to complete the job. Just let us know where the items will be, and our team will handle the rest. If you prefer to be present during your estimate or removal, we’re happy to schedule a time that works best for you.

For safety and environmental reasons, Indy Junk Haulers cannot remove hazardous or special waste materials. This includes items such as paint, chemicals, oils, asbestos, gasoline, propane tanks, and medical waste. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, just ask — we’re happy to help point you in the right direction.

Absolutely. We do our best to keep reusable items out of the landfill by donating furniture, appliances, and other items in good condition to local charities and community organizations. We also recycle materials whenever possible to reduce waste and support a cleaner Indianapolis.
